I mean, the material, the print, the sleeves - this blouse does it all. There's no tag, which means this vintage QT could be ~*handmade*~ but we really can't be certain. Based on the fabric feel & style - we're thinking she's a baby from the 70s... GOOD ENOUGH FOR US!
